Salt

Cut the cauliflower into florets and the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sliced red chili pepper to the pan, stirring constantly for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add diced onions to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add cauliflower florets and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and salt.
Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the vegetables evenly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle cilantro leaves over the stir-fry.
Serve hot and enjoy!
