Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add corn kernels and broccoli florets, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili flakes.
Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir to coat the vegetables.
