In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Add corn kernels and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and serve the Chinese Beef with Corn, Tomatoes, and Ginger over cooked rice.
