Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes slightly tender.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli in the skillet. Stir to coat the broccoli evenly with the sauce.
Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is cooked to your desired level of tenderness.
Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the Mexican broccoli stir-fry hot with your choice of side dish.
