Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Place the chicken thighs in the skillet skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, sliced onion, dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Place the chicken thighs back into the skillet, skin-side up.
Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.
Allow the chicken to bake for 2 hours until tender and cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
