Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Sprinkle crushed almonds on top of the seed mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and the almonds are golden brown.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the side dishes.
For the jasmine rice, cook according to package instructions.
For the mixed greens, wash and dry the greens, then toss with your favorite dressing.
Once the salmon is done, serve it hot with jasmine rice and mixed greens on the side.
