1. Rinse the beans and lentils, then soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.

3. Add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook until the onions are translucent.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5. Add the soaked beans and lentils along with the cauliflower florets. Stir well to combine.
6. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the beans and lentils are cooked through.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
