Cooking steps

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, diced onion, diced bell pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and fold in the shredded cheese.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Scoop a portion of the beef mixture into the skillet to form a patty.

  • Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the beef patty to cover it.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is set and flip over to cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Repeat with the remaining beef and egg mixture to make more patties.

  • Serve hot with steamed rice as a side dish.
