Cooking steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced potatoes, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

  • Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish

  • Layer half of the noodle mixture on top of the sauce

  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top

  • Repeat with remaining marinara sauce, noodle mixture, and mozzarella cheese

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes

  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly

  • Garnish with chopped basil before serving
