Cooking steps

  • In a blender, blend lemongrass, lemon juice, lime juice, and lemon extract to make a paste.

  • Add the lemongrass paste and stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, curry powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
