Spicy Thai Salmon Pasta

    soy

    sauce

    fish

    sauce

    brown

    sugar

  • 1/4

    cup

    coconut

    milk

  • Juice

    of

    lime

  • Salt

    and

    pepper

    to

    taste

  • Fresh

    cilantro

    garnish

Cooking steps

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  • In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and flake the salmon with a fork.

  • In the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and chili for 2 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, coconut milk, and lime juice. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the flaked salmon back to the pan and toss to combine with the sauce.

  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

  • Enjoy with a side of steamed jasmine rice.
