In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add the carrots and spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika) and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the chickpeas, chicken broth, and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked ground turkey back to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Indian Turkey Curry over rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
