Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onion and red bell pepper. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and cornstarch.
