Cooked
rice

In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and water to make a sauce.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the pan and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked tofu back into the pan and toss gently to coat it with the sauce.
Serve the Thai tofu stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
