Cooking steps

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, ground white pepper, and water.

  • Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the vegetables and stir well to combine.

  • Add the fried tofu back to the skillet and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the flavors.

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
